Ab Workout

I shared this at the get-together tonight and just thought I would post the link here.  I like it for a few reasons...
1.  I like to use my exercise ball.
2.  I like that it has modifications to each exercise.
3.  It blends cardio and ab toning.
4.  I feel good when I am done!
